HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER ?

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and through PayPal.

For international orders we only accept Paypal. This way both parties are sure for an good and trustable transaction and deal.

For orders within the Netherlands, we prefer Paypal as payment method, but Bank transfers are also possible. Please contact us in that matter.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE ?

Orders within the EU should arrive within 7-15 business days and international orders within a 7-20 business days however this varies from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE ?

Within The Netherlands free postage. International 20 euro's per product, and 10 euro for each additional product.

(DHL,UPS ore FEDEX post will be used as carrier)

The above prices represent individual orders, multiple items will result in a reduced rate per item overall, this is calculated at checkout before you pay. The currency mentioned above is in Euro's.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE ?

Yes, Paypal will calculate and show you the postage costs for your order before you pay. We want you to order from abroad, so we keep the postage costs low for international orders.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY SHIPMENT ?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 2-5 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.

WILL YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS ?

Yes we do keep an eye out on sold-out products.

Please take note that all of our Vernon Delano products are part of an 'all-time' limited production.

So most of our products are produced in very small quantities. If a product is sold-out and not restocked within 1-2 weeks, please email us.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM I HAVE ORDERED ?

All sales are final, only damaged goods or wrong size products can be exchanged for an other size.
